Are your shirts screenprinted?
No, we do not screenprint. All our shirts, clothing items, etc. are done using heat transfer vinyl and are applied using a heat press.
Can your cups go in the dishwasher?
They can go on the top rack, however we do not recommend putting cups in the dishwasher. To ensure the longevity of your cup designs, we recommend hand washing them with mild soap and water and air drying.
What are the cup designs made of?
All of our cup designs are made with high quality permanent outdoor vinyl. This is the same material that’s used for car decals - it’s made to withstand weather conditions for 3-5 years so long as it’s cared for properly.
What are the care instructions clothing items?
For best results, we suggest washing our garments on cold cycle and either air drying or tumble cycle low for best results.
How long until my order ships?
Please allow 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS for us to handmake and ship your order. If you do not receive tracking information by the end of the 10th business day, please feel free to contact us regarding the status of your order.
How is pricing calculated for shipping?
Shipping is based on the weight of your item(s), package size and distance traveled. Shipping is calculated based on USPS rates. We do not control the USPS shipping rates - we have to pay the same cost you pay for shipping in order to get your items - we do not charge any additional fees on top of the shipping.
Can you gift wrap or add a card?
We do not typically gift wrap or add a card.
I ordered this as a gift - can you not include a receipt?
We do not include receipts in our orders.
My package shipped but I put the wrong address - what can I do?
Unfortunately, once an item is marked shipped the postage for that location has been purchased already and is on its way to the post office. The best thing you can do is contact your post office or go to their website to see if a package intercept is possible. Take your tracking number located on your receipt and contact USPS immediately. I ordered a shirt based on the size chart and it doesn’t fit - what do I do?
Shopping online can be difficult when it comes to determining what size to order. We provide size charts to help you make the best guess decision on your size. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that one size will fit everyone the same. If you are unsure of your size, we would recommend sizing up to be safe. We do not do returns or exchanges for sizing issues as all shirts are made to order.
