Shipping Methods

Everything is shipped via USPS. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped. Please ensure you type the correct shipping address when checking out - we ship to addresses provided and are not responsible for incorrect mailing addresses.

Turnaround Time

Our current turnaround time is 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS.  Turnaround can vary based on our workload.  We work hard to get you your handmade items in a timely manner.  Please bear in mind I am a one woman shop and am also a mother to 5 kids under the age of 6 - sometimes unexpected things happen and can cause delays.  IF any delays occur, you will be notified of the delay.


Returns & Exchanges

Please do not hesitate to contact me regarding any potential issues or questions about your order! Returns and exchanges are evaluated on a case by case basis. If a return case is accepted, the buyer is responsible for shipping fees to return the item unless the error is on my end.

Lost, Delayed or Stolen Packages

Hands Full Full Heart is not liable for lost, stolen or delayed shipping. We ship all our packages out in a timely manner and will not be repsonsible for items that do not arrive in time, are lost or are stolen. We provide tracking on all of our packages, once it leaves our hands, we are no longer liable. Please contact your postal service for information on your package. We cannot provide anymore information other than a tracking number which  is already provided to you in your shipment confirmation email. There is a risk when buying online. Sometimes a package gets lost. It rarely happens, but it happens. By making a purchase with us or any other online business, you are assuming that risk. The will shop is not liable, nor will it provide a refund if your item does not arrive.
